So, the residuals for streamers is still the flat rate system but with a viewership bonus for reaching certain viewership metric? That is very good for top performing shows. But what is stopping the streamers from pulling shows from their library like Max and Netflix recently did? I feel like a penalty should have been included to disincentivize the streamers from doing that or if they do it, the writer should get some compensation.
As with the last two strikes - in which reality was different from the agreement - I'll be interested in seeing how this is playing out this time next year.
