All in all, it feels like a cynical attempt to get SAG-AFTRA membership to capitulate after the hope of getting a quick deal after the WGA's. Sadly, I think Carol and the four horsemen of the steaming apocalypse are grossly underestimating the spirit of the moment. A little like the warden of the Bastille trying to appease the Parisian mob by releasing only a few prisoners, and instructions on how to eat cake.
